Description

The Skydeck is an impressive open event venue of approximately 1,000 m², located on the third floor of the iconic Koepel Haarlem, directly beneath the dome structure. This space is one of the most distinctive event venues in Haarlem and is suitable for large-scale corporate events for up to 750 guests.

The Skydeck has an open character and forms part of the architectural structure of the Koepel. Its height, sightlines and scale create a strong sense of overview and experience. At the same time, the space is not fully enclosed. This makes the Skydeck particularly suitable for events where dynamics, interaction and impact are central, such as product launches, networking events and brand presentations.

Due to the size and openness of the space, professional audiovisual production, including lighting, sound, projection and staging, is always required for events. AV is essential for audibility, visibility and programme direction and is delivered through our fixed AV partner, tailored to the type of event and number of guests.

During the day, the Skydeck functions as a coworking space and is therefore available as an event venue exclusively on Thursday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays. This ensures the quality of both daily work and events. The Skydeck can be effectively combined with other spaces within the Koepel, such as Koepelplein, the glass meeting rooms and the cinema halls, for reception, break-out programmes or parallel sessions.

Catering and layout are coordinated in consultation to align with the programme, routing and desired character of the event.
