Koepelplein is an impressive open space of approximately 300 m² on the ground floor of the iconic Koepel Haarlem and serves as a central conference venue in Haarlem. The monumental height, circular design and clear sightlines towards the dome structure create a powerful setting for plenary programmes for up to 500 guests.
Koepelplein has an open character and forms an integral part of the spatial experience of the Koepel. The space is visually connected to the surrounding areas of the building, creating a sense of scale and dynamism. For large-scale conferences and corporate events, this layout provides clarity and energy, bringing participants together in one central location.
Due to the scale and openness of the space, the use of professional audiovisual production, including lighting, sound, projection and staging, is a mandatory component of any event. This is delivered through our fixed AV partner and tailored to the programme, audience size and desired impact.
