A flexible desk at Cupola XS is a membership for professionals who want to work on location regularly without renting a private office. You choose in advance how many fixed days per week you would like to use a workspace on the Skydeck. On those days, you have access to an available desk within the coworking area of the iconic Koepel Haarlem.
A flexible desk does not include a dedicated desk or a private Cell Office. The strength of this concept lies in its consistent work rhythm: you work on recurring days in a professional environment, without the commitments of a permanent office space.
Flexible desks are well suited for professionals who divide their time between working from home, at their own office and in a coworking environment in Haarlem.
Working on the Skydeck (coworking)
The Skydeck is an open coworking space of approximately 1,000 m², designed for daily work within the iconic Koepel Haarlem. The space offers abundant natural daylight, good acoustics and a calm, professional atmosphere. There is ample room for focused work as well as video calls.
The open layout creates a certain level of activity, yet the Skydeck clearly functions as a workspace rather than a social or event area. This makes it well suited for professionals who enjoy working in an open coworking environment with focus and structure.
Combining with other workspace options
A flexible desk membership is separate from a Cell Office. Flexible desk members do not have a private Cell Office unless one is rented separately as an additional workspace. In that case, flexible desks and Cell Offices can be combined, for example to alternate between open coworking and focused private work.
Flexible desk members also regularly use meeting rooms for consultations and meetings. Combinations depend on availability and the type of membership agreement.
