You can request an event space in the Koepel in Haarlem through the request form on our website. Based on your requirements, you will receive a proposal and quotation.

Our quotations are valid for 7 days, unless stated otherwise.

Yes, it is possible to place a non-binding hold. A hold is temporary and automatically expires after the agreed period or if another party confirms the date definitively.

The cancellation terms are set out in our quotation and general terms and conditions and depend on the timing of the cancellation.

Setup and breakdown times are not included in the standard rental and are agreed upon in advance and specified in the quotation.

A reservation is confirmed once the quotation has been signed.

Cupola XS offers a range of spaces in the iconic Koepel Haarlem for meetings, seminars, conferences and corporate gatherings.

Our spaces are suitable for events ranging from 2 to approximately 500 people, depending on the room and setup.

Various room setups are possible, such as theatre, classroom, U-shape and informal layouts. Please visit the room setup options page on our website for a full overview.

Yes, multiple spaces within Cupola XS can be combined for larger events.

Reconfiguring a room during an event is possible, but additional costs may apply. This is agreed in advance and specified in the quotation.

Our team supports the preparation, setup and logistical coordination of the event.

Yes, Cupola XS works with trusted catering partners in Haarlem for lunch, drinks or dinner.

In principle, we work with fixed catering partners. Exceptions are only possible upon consultation.

Yes, we can provide registration tables and reception desks at the entrance.

Yes, additional styling such as flowers or notepads can be arranged through us.

Our spaces are equipped with basic AV facilities. For more advanced technical setups, we work with fixed AV partners.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all event spaces within the Koepel in Haarlem.

Due to the historic nature of the Koepel, sound guidelines apply. These are specified in the terms of our quotation.

The main entrance is located on the side of the former Administration Building of the Koepel.

Yes, the Koepel in Haarlem is easily accessible by train and bus. Haarlem Station is within walking distance.

Yes, the building is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.

Guests report to the event host upon arrival. The organiser is responsible for welcoming and guiding the guests.

In the event of a fire alarm, the building must be evacuated immediately via the designated emergency exits.

The assembly point is located at the front of Menu Corridor, near the bicycle parking area.

Alcohol may only be served through the designated hospitality or catering partner.

The organiser is responsible for any damage that occurs during the event.
Coworking Spaces and Offices

Cupola XS offers private Cell Offices and glass office spaces in the iconic Koepel Haarlem in Haarlem. In addition, we offer flexible desks within the coworking space.
Meeting rooms are not part of the office rental and are reserved separately.

For flexible desks, we offer contracts of 3 or 12 months.
For Cell Offices and glass office spaces, the standard minimum rental period is 12 months. -
De huurprijs is inclusief:
Internet with a standard speed of 10 MB
Use of shared spaces and pantry
Coffee and tea
Faster internet connections are available for an additional fee.
Different arrangements may apply for larger office spaces.

For flexible desks, the notice period is 1 or 3 months, depending on the selected contract.
For Cell Offices and glass office spaces, the notice period is 3 months. -
The rental price is adjusted annually in accordance with the terms stated in the rental agreement.

For Cell Offices and glass office spaces, a security deposit of three months’ rent applies.
After the rental agreement ends and the space has been inspected, a credit invoice is issued. Any outstanding payments or damages are deducted. The refund is processed within 30 days of the invoice date.

Tenants receive a personal access tag. This provides access to the assigned spaces within the Koepel. Access is reviewed and updated in the system on a monthly basis.

Please report which name the tag is registered under so it can be blocked.
A replacement tag costs €25. This amount will be charged accordingly. -
Cupola XS is open on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:30.

Tenants have standard access from 08:00 to 17:30.
For Cell Offices and glass office spaces, extended access hours apply, including weekends, unless agreed otherwise.

Yes, multiple employees can receive their own registered access tag for a Cell Office or glass office space.

Only standard office equipment is permitted. Heat-generating or heavy electrical appliances are not allowed due to safety considerations and network capacity.

You may furnish the Cell Offices with loose furniture and decoration.
Structural changes or modifications to walls, ceilings or glass are only allowed after consultation, as the Koepel is a historic building.

Permanent modifications are only permitted with prior written approval.

Cupola XS aims to maintain a professional and quiet working environment. In case of structural disturbance, a suitable solution will be sought in consultation.

Dogs are not allowed in the coworking space unless agreed otherwise.
In Cell Offices, a dog may be present provided it does not cause any disturbance.

First check whether it is a local issue. There is a power switch next to the door. If the power is still not restored after switching it, please contact us at welcome@cupolaxs.nl.

The pantry is a shared space within Cupola XS.

Cell Offices on the third floor are cleaned during the weekend in accordance with the agreed arrangements.

Meeting rooms in the Koepel in Haarlem can be reserved through the Cupola XS website via events@cupolaxs.nl

Tenants may receive guests.
Guests must be welcomed by the tenant upon arrival and may not access the work floors independently.

The Skydeck is the coworking space of Cupola XS.
Only members and tenants are allowed to use this space.
Reserving a fixed desk is not possible.
Day passes can be purchased for occasional use. -
Tenants can use the hospitality venues in the Koepel or use the pantry within Cupola XS.
